Your team headshots are an opportunity to connect with your audience and set you apart from your competition.

We want to support you and ensure that your first impression is strong and conveys exactly what you want it to. We've made it easy to create professional and polished headshots for your business that your entire team will be proud to use on your website, LinkedIn, business cards, or social media.


STEP 1: DECIDE WHAT YOU NEED

We have three different components of team photo shoots. Simply decide what you need, and then add them together. If your team is 15+ people, please contact us for a custom quote.


POSED: GROUP/TEAM PHOTOS

A formally posed, fully polished photo of 2 or more people. Teams usually require at least one formal group photo, plus smaller subsets (founders, leadership, sales, etc.)

Note: a group photo session without added headshots or branding will be subject to a higher rate.

HEADSHOTS: FOR EVERYONE

A formal, fully-retouched image of an individual member of the team on similar (if not identical) backgrounds.

In Studio Headshots:
1-4 individuals are $200 each
5-9 individuals are $175 each
10-19 individuals are $150 each
20+ individuals are $125 each

On-location headshots:
1-4 individuals are $250 each
5-9 individuals are $200 each
10-19 individuals are $175 each
20+ individuals are $150 each

MARKETING: LOOSELY POSED

Directed but less “formal” photos of your team, office, or products in an interactive way. Ideal for website filler and social media use. $500 for each 30-minute increment, yielding 25-40 photos per 30 minutes.



STEP 2: DECIDE WHERE

We shoot on location and in our studio. Choose which look works best for you!


STUDIO SHOTS: CLEAN + CLASSIC

Looking for a clean, polished, neutral background? We've got you covered. Our studio is located in the East Village in the historical Teach Out building, right next to Wooly’s and above UpDown. If you are looking for incredible natural lighting and a highly replicable style, the studio aesthetic is for you.



COME TO YOU: EASY + AT WORK

At Ivory House, we pride ourselves on being able to photograph almost anywhere. That being said, there are a few things we need in order to ensure the quality of our work. We prefer natural light and workplace aesthetics that match your brand. We cannot manufacture a clean, well-lit space.

If you love the look of your office or have a place that is special to your team, let’s talk about it! Chances are it will be perfect and easy for your employees.

Note: We can bring the studio to you. We have backdrops and lighting gear available upon request.


STEP 3: ADD THEM TOGETHER

Simply add up the components you need. Quotes will vary slightly based on location choice.
NOTE: There is a $500 minimum for all team shoots and a $1500 minimum for travel shoots.

EXAMPLE // Group Photo + Individual (in-studio)

1 group shot: @ $300 each = $300
5 individual headshots @ $175 each = $875

EXAMPLE // Group + Individuals + Branding (on-location)

2 group shots: @ $350 each = $700
8 individual headshots @ $200 each = $1600
(1) 30 minute marketing @ $500 each = $500

THE MOST CONVENIENT OPTION: INDIVIDUALS SCHEDULE THEIR SLOT

Don’t need a team shot but would love to have individual headshots of your entire staff? Our quickest, least expensive option is to send each of your employees our corporate scheduler. Employees who have access to our scheduler can book a time that works for their schedule. It’s easy for them and easy for the person managing it!
